The priority is ground work, but in order for Jiu-Jitsu players to be complete, they need some takedown techniques, need to know how to get opponents where they want them. During a stop-through in Brazil, at Gracie Barra headquarters in Rio, Flavio “Cachorrinho” Almeida taught a good way to do just that.
