Comedian and former UFC heavyweight fighter Brendan Schaub has earned his black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Schaub, who trains under the Easton BJJ banner, shared the news on Instagram after being promoted by Amal Easton and Eliot Marshall.
Schaub’s MMA career spanned from 2008 to 2014, during which he went 10-5 with one submission victory and seven knockouts. During his time in the Octagon, he claimed notable wins against athletes like Matt Mitrione and Gabriel Gonzaga. He has since pursued a career as a podcaster and comedian.
