The “Rowdy” one is back, ladies and gentlemen!
According to a statement made by UFC President Dana White on Wednesday, former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey will be making her long-awaited octagon return on December 30 at UFC 207.

Rousey will be facing newly-crowned champion, Amanda Nunes, who recently defeated Rousey’s longtime and bitter rival, Miesha Tate.
Rowdy has been out of action since her brutal (but only) defeat at the hands of Holly Holm last year at UFC 193. Ronda, who many thought was unstoppable in the women’s bantamweight division, did not take the loss well, and said she even thought about suicide.
Another longtime and bitter Rousey rival, Cris “Cyborg” was not too thrilled with the news that she will have to wait before getting her chance at the former champion.

But Ronda’s fans (and haters) are no doubt eager to see the return of the former champion.
Will she be as dominant in the cage as she once was?
MMA fans will have to wait until December to find out.
