Bo Nickal will officially solidify his transition from World-Class Wrestler to Professional Mixed Martial Artist in just a few weeks when he makes his debut in the pro-arena at Jorge Masvidal’s iKon FC on June 3rd.
Nickal has already added to his wrestling championships out of Penn State with a 2-0 amateur MMA record. In his first match, he put his opponent to sleep via head and arm choke. He recorded a one-punch KO in his 2nd fight.
Now, he’ll break into the professional realm with a match against 36-year-old John Conner, who is also making his professional debut and has an amateur record of 6-3.
Nickal trains at American Top Team and has been a teammate of Jorge Masvidal for some time now. So, it makes sense that Nickal would be making his debut in Masvidal’s promotion, iKon FC.
Nickal fights at iKon FC 2 on June 3rd, 2022, at the Greater Richmond Convention Center in Richmond, Virginia. The event can be streamed on UFC Fight Pass.
