Even after her successful transition into MMA, Mackenzie Dern continues to parade her fine skills in BJJ events worldwide. In her most recent appearance, at the San Diego Open, the Gracie Humaitá star beat the middleweight field.
It came down to a final between her and teammate Emilie Thylin, which Dern dominated. After using speed and pressure to pass, Dern took the back and made the adjustment to finish via choke little more than one minute into the match. Watch it below.
