Some of the top girls in Australia, including Abu Dhabi Pro Gi and ADCC qualifiers have come together to organise Australia’s first female only BJJ Day Camp, on August 28th.
The day will feature gi and no-gi seminars, a referee workshop, rolling, Mundials videos and lunch.
BJJ is still not popular with girls in Australia, so they hope that this will encourage some new girls to try BJJ.
Also, it is a chance for the handful of Australian girls that compete internationally to meet in a non-competitive environment.
This event is 100% not for profit and attended by girls from all teams.
