The Abu Dhabi Combat Club has announced another grappling duel for Brazilian fans. UFC featherweight Charles do Bronx will take on world BJJ champion Celsinho Venicius in a ten-minute fight under ADCC rules.
The Feb. 11 match will take place at the Mauro Pinheiro Gymnasium in Sao Paulo. On the same date and place, there will be the Arzalet Fighting Globe Championship, a Japanese MMA event featuring Rodolfo Vieira’s debut.
This will be the ADCC’s second superfight in Brazil this year. On Jan. 28, UFC athletes Viscardi Andrade and Erick Silva will meet at the Sao Paulo Trials, each attempting to qualify for this year’s Helsinki event, in September.
