Held early in November, the Rio BJJ Pro shook up Tijuca Tennis Club in Rio de Janeiro. In search of glory and a share of the prize pool, some of the finest athletes were present, including Beatriz Mesquita (Gracie Humaitá).
With solid play, Mesquita reached the middleweight final against Marília Vieira (Gracie Barra) and, in order to secure the top spot on the podium, swept and finished on the arm, as can be seen in the following video.
