Bellator: Loro and Dantas among four GP finalists

The weekend was a victory-celebration-filled one for team Nova União. Marcos “Lôro” Galvão and Eduardo Dantas won their respective fights at the 51st installment of Bellator this Saturday night, securing berths in the American promotion’s bantamweight GP.

The two will return to the cage on October 22, when “Lôro” will square off with the undeated Alexis Vila and Dudu Dantas takes on Ed West.

John Hawk defeated Allan Weickert via TKO (desistance) during break following R2;

Ed West defeated Luis Alberto Nogueira via unanimous decision;
Marcos “Lôro” Galvão defeated Chase Beebe via split decision;
Eduardo Dantas knocked out Wilson Reis at 1:02 min of R2;
Alexis Vila knocked out Joe Warren at 1:04 min of R1;
Frank Caraballo defeated Dustin Kempf via TKO (knee injury) at 1:19 min of R1.
