The Arizona State Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation just sent he following video and communiqué regarding the upcoming Arizona State Championship in to the newsroom:
The competition will take place on June 25th and 26th at the Marcos De Niza High School located at 6000 S. Lakeshore Dr. Tempe, AZ 85283 . For the first time the event will be ran with 6 competition areas! We are expecting around 800 competitors!
The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition will offer kids, juveniles, Adult (Male and Female), Masters and Senior Divisions.
$3000 total in cash prizes for the Adult Male Black Belt Divisions (Only two divisions available):
Open/Light – 167.5 lbs and under: 1st place – $1500
Open/Heavy – 167.5 lbs and over: 1st place – $1500
GD Jiu-Jitsu Events will be offering FREE tournament T-Shirts to ALL competitors!
