Autism Awareness: How Jiu-Jitsu gave one autistic man a chance to bond with his son

Shoyoroll and GMA Gracie Barra Pasadena have come together to show how one autistic man and his family have gained from training Jiu-Jitsu. Fluent in martial arts, Tom Belt started training in Jiu-Jitsu and brought his family along. What his son gave him after training for some time is more meaningful than any other gift.

Until Friday May 2, you can purchase a Shoyoroll shirt that will go to charity.

“A small project driven by the Shoyoroll Brand to help build the awareness for Autism. The original logo design built around the puzzle pieces and chess colors to tie in both Autism and Human Chess aka Jiu-Jitsu. All profits will be donated to the charity to benefit Autism. This will be a pre-sale and we will be shipping all tees by the end of next week. From our Jiu-Jitsu community to those that are affected by Autism. We together can help change the way our minds are programmed to help understand others.”
