Ryan Bader knows how to fight and had a plan against Anthony Johnson. Of course, he had to avoid direct fist fights with Johnson, or he’d get creamed. The bout saw two problematic spots for Bader, including an ill-conceived takedown. Bader managed to escape that jam without a pummeling, though.
Later on he attempted to lock a Kimura on Johnson. At that point, Johnson stepped over Bader to avoid the submission. He then managed to gain full mount on Bader. That’s when Johnson went to town on Bader. From there, Anthony Johnson stops Ryan Bader within 86 seconds. Those fists and that reach are something else!
