Kelvin Gastelum asked, and the UFC answered. The 25-year-old, who is coming off of a huge KO win over MMA legend Vitor Belfort, will be taking on the legend of legends, Anderson “The Spider” Silva.

As Kelvin requested, the fight will be in Rio, and no doubt in front of a vehemently pro-Silva crowd. However, the TUF winner will have age on his side, and be coming off of a three-fight win streak.
Anderson Silva is widely considered one of the greatest fighters…if not, the greatest fighter…of all time. The Spider, however, has been having a rough time since losing his title in 2013 to Chris Weidman. He suffered a 5-fight no win streak from 2013 – 2016 and only recently snapped it with his decision win over Derek Brunson.
Silva will also be 42 years old by the time of the fight.
Yet if the Spider has proven one thing, it is that he is not going to let age stand in the way of doing what he loves.
Anderson Silva vs. Kelvin Gastelum should be a fight to remember!
