ADCC’s North American Trials now has a date and location, and you should clear your schedule on November 7 if you’re hoping to participate.
The promotion has announced that their East Coast Trials, which are the first of the North American ADCC qualifier tournaments, will take place on November 7 in New Jersey.
According to their comment on their social media post announcing the news, ADCC aims to host the West Coast Trials around February. Tom DeBlass will run the East Coast event, while ADCC host Mo Jassim will run the West Coast Trials.
As with the European/African/Middle Eastern Trials announced earlier this year, the East Coast Trials will feature divisions for men, women, and masters (which lists male weight categories). All divisions will be organized by weight class, and there will be no open weight divisions for any category.
- Male: -65.9kg, -76.9kg, -87.9kg, -98.9kg, and +99kg
- Masters (Male): 65.9kg, -76.9kg, -87.9kg, -98.9kg, and +99kg
- Female: -60kg and +60kg
