The 2016 edition of the Marianas Open is lining up to be one historic moment for Jiu-Jitsu in Guam, on April 16.
An all-star team of black belts will land in the Pacific island to compete in the open class and battle for $15k in prizes.
The champion will pocket $10k, while the runner up will get $3k and the third place will get $2k.
The 2015 champion Keenan Cornelius is back to defend his title, but he’ll have his work cut out for him.
Felipe pena, Luiz Panza, Rhalan Gracie, Bryant Pangelinan, Cristiano Kaminishi, Guilherme Augusto and Igor Schneider are also in the mix.
The Marianas Open is also an event for competitors of all ages and belt rankings.
The online registration is closed, but if you are in Guam you can still register at the Fokai store in Hagatna.
