2016 IBJJF European Championships Final Day Results

The final day of the 2016 IBJJF European Championships have come to a conclusion and it is time to see who was on the favorable side of the 2016 Europeans Black Belt Results. The open weight tournament was won by Felipe Preguica, who actually suffered a bad arm injury in the semi-finals of the tournament. Besides the open weight championship, other male competitors walked away with some gold as well, competitors like Caio Terra (Rooster), Joao Miyao (Light Feather), Marcio Andre (Featherweight), Michael Liera (Lightweight), Yago De Souza (Middleweight), Gabriel Arges (Middle Heavyweight), Jackson Sousa (Heavyweight), Erberth Santos (Super Heavyweight) and Pedro Moura (Ultra Heavyweight).

The women were also in action as well and several of the ladies walked away with some gold as well, including Kristina Barlaan (Light Featherweight), Mackenzie Dern (Featherweight), Jessica Cristina (Lightweight), Luiza Monteiro (Middleweight), Andresa Correa (Medium Heavyweight), Ewelyn Arruda (Super Heavyweight) and Andresa Correa (Openweight). The 2016 IBJJF European Championships are all over now and there were plenty of deserving gold medalists walking away with the gold during the four days of competition.
