2016 European Day 4 Results Are In: Romulo Barral And Felipe Pena At Open Weight Finals

The 2016 European Day 3 Results are in and as we await what could happen on the fourth and final day, lets take a look at some of the big winners for day number three. Romulo Barral had one of the best days at the event as he competed four times in the day and scored four separate choke submission wins. The man that Barral is expected to meet in the finals is Felipe Pena, who also scored a four pack of victories himself, mixing up his submission victories.

Felipe Pena submits Eberth and guarantees his spot at the Black Belt Adult Open Class Final of the 2016 European Championship!#Ibjjf #ibjjfeuropean

The women were also in the spotlight as well, with Mackenzie Dern won all three of her bouts to earn her slot in the finals. The woman she will be facing in those finals is Andresa Correa, who picked up a series of impressive wins herself. The fourth and final day of action is upon us and it will be interesting to see who walks away with those coveted gold medals.
