André Galvão teaches back attack in lead-up to Metamoris Pro

Gi-wearing whiz André Galvão will be taking on Ryron Gracie in a 20-minute Jiu-Jitsu match at the October 14 Metamoris Pro event in San Diego, California. The countdown has begun, and the gentle-art professor was with the GRACIEMAG.com team and agreed to teach our readers an elaborate back attack for when the opponent is in deep half-guard.

Take note of the importance of proper knee placement between the opposing legs. Another trick to the move is to lock down the opponent’s arm by pushing the forearm against your own hip. Watch and let us know what you think of the position.
